Spicy Lao Sausage (Sai Oua) brings you authentic Laotian sausage made with care, tradition, and bold flavor. Choose between spicy or non-spicy, crafted from coarsely chopped pork and blended with fragrant herbs and spices like lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime leaves, shallots, cilantro, chilies, garlic, salt, sticky rice, and fish sauce.


All Lao sausages are shipped frozen food, carefully packed in a styrofoam cooler to ensure they stay fresh during delivery.

Grill Lao sausage (Sai Gok/Sai Oua) by cooking over medium-low heat for 20-30 minutes, turning frequently until golden brown and firm. Puncture the casings with a toothpick to prevent bursting.

 Pan-frying Lao sausage (Sai Gok) yields a crispy exterior and tender, aromatic interior. Cook with 1–2 tablespoons of oil in a skillet over medium heat for about 12–15 minutes, turning occasionally until browned and thoroughly cooked. Puncture the casings with a toothpick to prevent bursting.

The best way to cook sausages for a juicy interior and crispy exterior is the boil-and-sear method, which involves simmering them in a little water, beer, or broth first to cook them through, then frying them until brown. Puncture the casings with a toothpick to prevent bursting.

Lao Sausage (Sai Oua) is a traditional Lao-style pork sausage made with coarsely chopped pork, garlic, lemongrass, fresh herbs, and flavorful seasonings. Our Lao Sausage is available in both spicy and non-spicy flavors. Similar to Northern Thai sausage, Lao Sausage is known for its rich aroma, savory taste, and authentic Southeast Asian flavors.

Is your Lao Sausage spicy?

We offer both options: Spicy 🌶️ and Non-Spicy

Is your Lao sausage fully cooked?

No, our Lao Sausage is sold raw and must be fully cooked before eating.

How do I cook Lao Sausage?

Lao Sausage can be: Grilled, Air fried, Pan fried, and Oven baked. Cook until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Does your sausage contain preservatives?

Our Lao sausages are made fresh weekly with quality ingredients. No preservatives.

What do you serve Lao Sausage with? 

Best enjoyed with: Sticky rice, Jeow Mak Len (Lao tomato dipping sauce), Papaya salad, khao soi, egg roll, nam khao, and Fresh herbs.

Do you offer vegan or chicken options?

At this time, we only offer pork Lao Sausage.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Changes cannot be guaranteed once shipped.

Can I get a return or refund?

Because our products are raw meat and shipped frozen, we generally do not accept returns once the order has been shipped. However, if there is an issue with your order or delivery, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help with a replacement or refund when appropriate.
